POPPY VILLAS is a complex of rental apartments and villas. It is located just 3 kilometers outside the town of Agios Nikolaos, on the road to Ierapetra. It is situated on a high hill, yet at the same time above the main road, making the accommodation very quiet and easily accessible, with unlimited sea views.

It is run by a very friendly family and offers 10 comfortable, fully equipped apartments of various sizes, as well as 3 fully equipped independent villas. All are surrounded by a garden with trees and flowers.

All apartments have terraces overlooking the Mirabello Bay and the nearby beaches, and some also have a view of the swimming pool.

The complex features a large swimming pool, located right above the coast, giving the impression that the pool and the sea are one. The sandy beach is just 100 meters away. On the other side, there is a smaller, more secluded pebble beach. Next to the beach there are two tavernas, a bus stop, taxi service, and a car rental office. Heraklion Airport is 60 km away (45 minutes).

The apartments vary in size, from 30 to 60 square meters, with 1 or 2 bedrooms, shower or bathtub bathrooms, double beds or twin beds, and fully equipped kitchens for preparing breakfast or meals. The 3 large independent villas are 85 sq.m. each (with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, bathroom and kitchen, and terraces overlooking the sea and the pool).

Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every third day. Each apartment includes satellite TV, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, which is provided free of charge.
